2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 days with original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. 3. Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
